Terms of Offer

For new, first-time DISH Network residential customers (only 1 per household).  Requires a minimum of a one year contract.  To participate, you must provide a valid major credit card and either your Social Security Number or the last four digits of your Social Security Number.  If the last four of Social Security Number is chosen a $49.99 non-refundable fee is applied. Participation is subject to credit approval. Social Security Numbers are used to obtain credit scores and will not be released to third parties except for verification and collection purposes only.
